Quick fixes for the most common editor and export problems.
Image will not load
Use a PNG, JPEG, or WebP under 20 MB. HEIC is not supported yet. Your current project stays unchanged after a rejected file.
High-resolution export fails
Choose standard resolution, close memory-heavy tabs, or try a desktop browser. The editor keeps your project intact.
Draft cannot save
Your browser may be in private mode or low on local storage. Export the current image, then clear older site data if needed.
Screenshot looks too small
Choose a taller ratio, crop closer, or use the edge-to-edge frame. Keep important interface text readable at feed size.
